We can prevent and cure many health issues trough the elimination of mucosity, fecal deposits and parasites from the intestines.
In 70 years, our intestines process 100 tons of food and 40,000 liters of liquids, these results in about 7kilograms of toxic residues acumulated in our intestine.

Colon cleanse with flax seeds
Enemas and laxatives can empty only a small part of your colon – 40-50 centimeters-, some colon cleansing treatments are expensive, they take time and they also affect the intestinal micro flora.
Consuming 1-3 tablespoons of flax seed flour a day during 3 weeks can clean completely the intestines, from mucosities, fecal deposits and parasites without affecting the intestinal micro flora.
This method allows the body to return to a normal weight and start burning fat. This method has a positive effect in regulating the metabolism of fats. Flax seed flour can absorb and eliminate toxins from the body and reduce cholesterol levels in our blood
Indications on how to consume flax seed for:
- Upper respiratory and gastro intestinal tract inflammation
- Gastritis, colitis, stomach and duodenum ulcers
- Urinary tract disease, infections, cystitis, pyelonephritis
- Excess body weight, abnormalities in lipid metabolism
Intestine cleansing recipes with flax seed
Instead of breakfast consume the following during 3 weeks.
- Week 1: 1 Tbsp. of flax seed flour and 100 ml of kefir
- Week 2: 2 Tbsp. Of flax seed flour and 100 ml of kefir
- Week 3: 3 Tbsp. Of flax seed flour and 150 ml of kefir
If flax seed flour is not available, buy flax seed and ground to a fine consistency. Do not ground more than needed since it can become rancid. Prepare every morning what is needed.
Drink this instead of breakfast. Make sure and drink at least 2 liters of water daily. You might obtain better results if you add pure honey to the water.
The cleansing process should be practiced once a year.
